Don't buy at zarabridal.com because they are liars and the quality of the dresses are just awful! It all started when I ordered a wedding dress. When I asked about the quality they said that it's top quality and I believed them so I did a "custom made" order with my measures. When I got the dress I was really shocked because the quality was just awful and the measures wasn't mine, so even if I wanted (and I didn't wanted at all) I couldn't wear this dress. When I wrote them an email and said that I want to send the item back to them and get my money back they said that I can keep the dress and fix it in my country and they'll refund me 70$ (out of 250$) back. I said OK (because sending back is not cheap) but till now I didn't got my money back and I don't think that they want to refund. When I wrote to them when I'll get my money back they said "in 7 days" after a while I wrote again because I didn't got the money they said "in 2 days" then again "as soon as we can.I'll hasten my boss" and after that they don't want to talk with me, they wont answer to my emails and nothing. THEY ARE LIARS, DON'T BELIEVE THEM AND DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

I am very disappointed with the quality of the dress I have ordered on zarabridal.com. The product was called "Chic Straps V-Neck Column Flower Ruffle Blue Taffeta Knee Length"..What was my surprise when I get a satin dress, instead of taffeta..I don't like it all, on top of this I was supposed to pay 32,5€ for custom taxes..so the dress get 25% more expensive..I wish I had read your comments before..
One thing I can't complain, the dress came in less than 10 days..
One thing is for sure-I won't buy again at zarabridal.com..

As i was looking at their site, i was thinking, "to good to be true." Then i typed in a goofle search "about zarabridal.com". This popped up and so did about a million other negative reviews. To say i was disappointed is an understatement, but i definately will not be buying from them. :(

Please dont buy from zarabridal.com and dont share your credit card with them!!!! Please be careful! THEY CHARGED 115 USD FROM MY CREDIT CARD AND THEY DIDNT REFUND MY MONEY ALTHOUGH THEY SAID THAT THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER' THEY R LIARS!!!! THEY DIDNT SEND MY PRDER,TOO. THEY JUST CHARGED AND NOW THEY DONT ANSWER MY MAILS.
